The staff are amazing! If you visit science museum, just 15 minutes walk, Crowne Plaza Kensington is a good option to stop over. Our stay was fantastic, and we would come here again.

Easy access to Gloucester Road subway station about 5 minutes walk. The hotel was 25 mins walk from victoria albert museum. We can't wait to come back, nothing to complain about.

We have been there more than once, not one of the cheapest hotels but certainly value for our money. We booked last year in the same street a hotel and were really disappointed about everything so we now know "London is crown plaza hotel and nothing else "

The staff are wonderful - front desk, concierge, and everybody at check-in.
Unfortunately, the room - and I had a superior suite - was a long way from comfortable. The air was stuffy, and the atmospheres drab and dark and gloomy. But the very worst aspect, the food. I had breakfast in my room and it was inedible. Stone cold, revolting, greasy and foul. For the money spent, this was hugely disappointing and I feel ripped off and foolish for hoping for comfort and luxury in a chain hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location, a few steps away from Gloucester Rd. Station which is served by the Picadilly, District and Circle lines which take directly to a lot of the main areas of central London. We got to actually enjoy our weekend away, without having to worry about transportation and organising to be on time for events. Other than that the rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. Would stay there again!
The room was a little stuffy, so the air conditioning had to be switched on. It would have been nice to have bath robes but I suppose these days hotels provide these less and less.

The staff were helpful and friendly and free easy to access wifi.
The temperature in bedrooms and meeting rooms was difficult to control and the food was quite disappointing.

Proximity to the Albert Hall and to the major museums and galleries. Comfort and generous proportions of the room. Good bathroom with plentiful supply of nice toiletries and lots of big towels.

Rooms were very clean and large. Great location and very nice staff. Good sleep quality - room was quiet and bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed dining at the Umami restaurant with 25% off.
